We are passionate about laboring and birthing in water. Our mission is to provide the highest quality birth pools for women and their partners whether birthing at home or in a hospital. 

We employed water during the homebirth of our daughter in 2006.  We recently had our son (July 2009) at home in water.  Having a deep, sturdy tub enabled our baby to enter the world naturally and gently.  We believe that water is the best possible tool to achieve a natural birth.  Coupled with a wonderful midwife and/or doula water provides a beautiful birthing experience.

The births of our children as well as scientific data suggest that women who labor and birth in water have a gentler birth experience. Birth tubs aid a woman in movement and allow natural birth hormones to be released. Weightlessness of the water and the intimate cocoon of a tub create a safe, nurturing environment for moms, supporting them physically and emotionally. Waterbirth requires less medical intervention and allows the miracle of birth to unfold.
