Written by: Tara Tully and Illustrated by KC Clark.
The tale of Dancing Waters begins one summers eve near a mountain homestead.
TR Tulley uses rhyme, tenderly telling the story of a family who chooses a doula and waterbirth in a hospital setting.
Excited and loving family members welcome the first grandson into their world.
KC Clark artistically illustrates the remote location and unique choices using beautiful watercolors.
This book will help parents and caregivers gently enlighten children about different options regarding the miracle of birth. Truly a library treasure in any setting.
Here is a little peek at the prose: "Sister helped her mother pack and happily they sang. Father sensed the coming birth and that's when Doula came. She calmly spoke with quiet love, the Doula's voice was low. Rocking mother through each rush 'til it was time to go."
"A must read and share for all older siblings!!"
